Art historian, journalist and curator, Valentina Bruschi moved from Rome to Palermo in 2004. In recent years, Valentina has combined her work of writing and curatorship and her passion for history, territory and tradition. Certain that “agriculture is culture”, Valentina has in mind the lesson by the artist Joseph Beuys, for whom the defense of nature is an anthropological action. In 2014 she founded together with her husband Alessandro the Valentina Bruschi Farm based in Blufi, in the province of Palermo. The project Olio d’Oliva Monte Alburchia and the creation of Oliomadre direct investment plans reveal a creative approach to the idea of enterprise. The art in this perspective is a true added value to the company and a constant source of inspiration in the study and design of the product.
